“just relax
be in your bliss

there is nothing disturbed
no thing dualistic
no anger

you don’t need
any outer things
or people to feel bliss
all the feelings
and thoughts of
anger, pride
attachment, ignorance, jealousy

just relax and they will subside

there is no punishment
if you can’t do your practice
or mantra or your commitments
you are always protected by mahakala

be gentle to each other
always try to understand each other

you can chose each moment
to be empowered by ignorance
or wisdom”
